WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF MALFUNCTION OR ABSENCE OF CHANGE
In case of absence of change, the ticket machine will issue a receipt with the amount that can be refunded exhibited at the Ataf Point. If the ticket machine does not issue the receipt, it is necessary to send a written refund request to GEST by email to indicating: your personal details, a telephone number or email address, the day and time of the event, the amount of money entered, the name of the stop and the direction.
